The school doors will open at 7:00 AM until 7:25 AM. Students should stay in the entrance lobby. Parents either drop students through the drive-in at the parking area or at the main entrance door. At 7:24 AM teachers on duty let students go to their classes, where homeroom teachers will be waiting for them. All students from PYP – Grades 12 will go to their classrooms at 7:25AM. Only EY students can go to their classes in the morning during first two weeks of school, parents will take their children straight to the EY classes and can also pick them up there.
The school doors will open again at 2:30 PM. All students go home at 2:30 PM. While they wait for someone to pick them up, they stay in the lobby area. The parents should pick their children up from the entrance door. The back entrance door is meant only for students with bus transportation. Students are not allowed to go outside by themselves. Students not picked up by 2:40pm will be in the lobby, one teacher on duty until 3:00PM. The admin office staff will track the students who are picked up late and make phone calls home at 2:40PM onwards.
